Blacks
Academy

Blacks Academy was created to provide space and coordination for all Blacks training initiatives, both internal and in collaboration with external organisations.

Over time, our participation in local training projects has grown, and the Academy has become a tool for connecting people, experiences and knowledge in the world of composite materials.

Structure of the Academy

Blacks Academy is a project created with the aim of cultivating skills, innovation and passion to promote the professional and personal growth of the Blacks team and our collaborators.

The structure of Blacks Academy is divided into four main areas:

Multi-Level Training Incoming

The aim of our Academy is to transform the fundamental skills acquired at school into concrete skills for the world of composite materials. A set of projects designed to help new talents join our team with the right skills.

Some of the projects included:

  • Composites Project ITIP “L.Bucci”
  • Intensive specialisation courses
  • IFTS Composites
  • ITS advanced technological design
  • Master in Materiali Compositi – MACOF
  • PCTO and internships

Internal training

Our Academy organises and promotes professional development programmes for our team. The aim is to encourage upskilling and ensure continuous training and effective responses to market needs, for the continuous and constant updating of skills.

Transversal training

It brings together projects that aim to strengthen skills throughout the production chain, promoting synergies with other experts in the sector. Cross-functional training also involves suppliers, customers and business partners with the aim of improving quality and operational performance and boosting technological innovation.

External Sharing

Blacks Academy is committed to promoting the culture of composite materials in the region. Through themed workshops, training events and collaborations, we want to share knowledge, circulate ideas and bring more and more people closer to this constantly evolving sector. You can find the initiatives we participate in on our social media channels.
