Technical Office Department
The management of spaces in the technical office is essential to ensure environmental comfort. The air conditioning and air exchange system allows us to maintain a welcoming and stimulating environment, reducing the risks of headaches, fatigue and respiratory problems caused by printer pollutants.
Modelling
To protect the health of operators exposed to fine dust and irritating materials during model processing, localised suction and air filtration systems have been installed. Together with air conditioning, these systems ensure a healthy working environment, maintaining optimal oxygenation and the right temperature.
Clean room
The clean room is designed to meet ISO 8 standards and ensure a contamination-free environment for rolling operations. The air filtration system and the control of humidity and pressure maintain the environment in highly safe conditions.
Autoclaves
During curing processes in ovens and autoclaves, heat and vapour control is essential for the safety and well-being of workers. Air conditioning and air exchange systems allow us to maintain controlled temperatures and a comfortable environment.
Finishing
Finishing operations require careful management. Particulate extraction systems and individual protections, complemented by air conditioning and air exchange, reduce the exposure of operators to dust and fragments, improving air quality and safety.
Coating
In the painting department it is essential to manage toxic dust emissions and related odours. Within this air-conditioned environment, the painting booths equipped with forced extraction and air filtration systems create optimal working conditions that ensure the well-being of the operators.
Quality control
In the quality control department, an adequate air conditioning system and air exchange ensure a pleasant and suitable environment for accurate testing. The context thus improves the comfort of the operators, preventing fatigue and guaranteeing ideal conditions for a precise and reliable work at all times.
