Multi-level entry-level training is the starting point for those who want to enter the world of composite materials and grow alongside Blacks. Through projects, courses and collaborations with schools and universities, we accompany new talents in the transition from theory to practice, helping them to build the right skills to tackle real work.
From work experience programmes to specialised master's degrees, each course is designed to bridge the gap between education and business and to empower individuals from their very first steps in the composites industry.
